The hands and pins are manufactured using precise 3D printing, built up layer by layer until every detail is perfect. This additive manufacturing enables delicate shapes with minimal weight and perfect fit to the movement. Visible layer lines are not a flaw, but the honest result of a modern, digital production process: technically precise, locally made, consciously designed.

Important Notice Regarding Material Characteristics

The replacement clock hands and pins are made from high-quality PLA using 3D printing. During the printing process, fine layer lines and slight texture gradients occur. These are typical of the material and a result of the manufacturing method, not defects. Color nuances may vary minimally between batches. PLA is a bio-based, precise, and lightweight material that is ideal for delicate clock hand shapes. At the same time, the material is sensitive to direct sunlight and elevated temperatures. For a lasting beautiful appearance, we recommend exclusive indoor use and avoiding strong UV exposure and temperatures above 40 °C. Every set is locally made in Munster. Small differences confirm the handcrafted character and are not grounds for complaint.
