Shipping Information

Delivery is exclusively via insured DHL or DPD parcel with tracking from our location in Munster (Germany).

Shipping Costs

Within Germany:
Flat rate shipping: 5.79 EUR.
Free shipping on orders over 95 EUR

Austria, Netherlands, Czech Republic, France, Poland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Denmark: 
Flat rate shipping: 9.95 EUR.
Free shipping on orders over 150 EUR

Other EU member states (see country list below):
Flat rate shipping: 15.95 EUR.
Free shipping on orders over 150 EUR

Switzerland:
Flat rate shipping: 18 CHF.
Free shipping on orders over 140 CHF

EU countries we ship to:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands & Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Aland), France (except overseas territories), Greece (except Mount Athos), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno & Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except overseas territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part).

Note for international shipments:
For cross-border deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply which are not included in the final price and are to be borne by the recipient.

Production & Delivery Times

Production time

  • Standard products: 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.
  • Deviations for custom orders, promotions or pre-orders are indicated directly on the product page (e.g. 3-5, 6-10 or 11-15 business days or a specific delivery date).

Shipping transit time (after production):

  • Within Germany: 2-4 business days
  • Within the EU: 2-8 business days
  • Switzerland: 3-8 business days

For orders with multiple products, the item with the longest production time determines the overall timeframe.

 

Note on calculating total delivery time

The delivery period begins on the next business day after receipt of payment.
If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next business day.


The total delivery time consists of:

Production + Shipping transit via DHL/DPD

Example:
A product with 2 days production time and 3 days shipping transit = Total delivery time: approx. 5 business days
