Shipping information

All orders are shipped as an insured DHL parcel with tracking from our workshop in Munster, Germany.

Shipping costs

Within Germany:
Flat rate shipping: €5.79.
Free shipping on orders from €95.

EU member states (see country list below):
Flat rate shipping: €15.95.
Free shipping on orders from €150.

Switzerland:
Flat rate shipping: CHF 18.
Free shipping on orders from CHF 140.

EU countries we ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (except the northern part), Czech Republic, Denmark (except Faroe Islands & Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland), France (except overseas territories), Greece (except Mount Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except Livigno & Campione d’Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands (except non-European territories), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla), Sweden.

Note on international shipments:
Cross-border deliveries may incur additional customs duties, taxes or fees that are not included in the final price and are payable by the recipient.

Production & delivery times

Production time

  • Standard products: 1-2 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Different times for custom orders, promotions or pre-orders are shown directly on the product page (e.g. 3–5, 6–10 or 11–15 business days, or a specific delivery date).

Transit time (after production):

  • Within Germany: 2–4 business days
  • Within the EU: 2–8 business days
  • Switzerland: 2–8 business days

For orders with several products, the item with the longest production time determines the delivery time.

How the total delivery time is calculated

The delivery period starts on the business day after payment is received.
If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is automatically extended to the next business day.

The total delivery time is made up of:

Production + DHL transit time

Example:
A product with 2 days of production time and 3 days of transit time → total delivery time: approx. 5 business days
