Pre-orders - Information & Cancellation Policy

Some of our products may occasionally be offered as pre-orders. These items are not currently in stock at the time of ordering, but will be produced specifically for you and shipped at a later date.

What does a pre-order mean?

• You reserve a product that is not immediately available but will soon be produced or become available.
• The estimated shipping date is indicated directly on the respective product page.

Payment

• Payment is generally made in full in advance via one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
• Should a partial payment be possible (e.g. during special promotions), this will be clearly shown during the ordering process.

Cancellation & Returns

• Cancellation of your pre-order is possible at any time before shipping. Please contact us at info@vonderfactory.de stating your order number.
• After shipping, our standard cancellation terms apply, provided the product is not a personalised item.
• Personalised pre-orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Sec. 312g(2)(1) BGB, as they are manufactured to customer specifications.

Delivery time

• The delivery period begins once production is completed.
  
• After completion, shipping is handled via DHL, depending on the destination within:
  • Germany: approx. 2-4 business days
  • EU countries: approx. 2-8 business days
