1. Scope and provider

2. Conclusion of contract
The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by dispatching the goods.
3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The contract language is German. The contract text is not permanently stored. You can print or save the order data immediately after submitting the order.
4. Prices and payment conditions
All prices are in euros and include the statutory value added tax. Additional shipping costs may apply and are indicated before the order is placed.
The following payment methods are available:
Credit card
When placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After verification as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically processed and your card is charged.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your credentials and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then automatically processed by PayPal. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Sofort by Klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is immediately processed by Sofort and your account is debited.
Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to your bank's website. To pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is immediately processed and your account is debited.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, authenticate with your credentials and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have the Google Pay function activated, authenticate with your credentials and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
5. Delivery and shipping
We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. Delivery times are product-dependent and are indicated on the respective product page. Delivery periods begin upon receipt of payment.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. The relevant provisions can be found in our withdrawal instructions.
Personalised products are excluded from withdrawal (Sec. 312g(2)(1) BGB).
8. Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty law applies.
For used goods: if the defect occurs after the expiry of one year from delivery of the goods, warranty claims are excluded. Defects occurring within one year from delivery may be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery.
The above restrictions and shortened periods do not apply to claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
in cases of injury to life, body or health
in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraud
in cases of breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations)
within the scope of a guarantee promise, where agreed, or
where the Product Liability Act applies.

9. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery driver as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
10. Online dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our e-mail address can be found above. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Liability for indirect damage is excluded.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Munster, provided the customer is a merchant.
13. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
