Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.)
Withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Declaration of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use our optional withdrawal form for this purpose.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return of goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and are produced according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. personalised engravings, custom text, custom orders) pursuant to Sec. 312g(2)(1) BGB.
Condition of goods
Please return the items to us unused, undamaged and preferably in the original packaging. This is not a mandatory requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal, but it helps us process your return.
